1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 329 platform at https://329.wine, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our platform.
Continued use of the 329 platform after any changes to the terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms work together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form the full agreement between you and 329.
The 329 platform is for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on 329. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. 329 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found using false or misleading information.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before you can make withdrawals. Required documents include a valid copy of your Malaysian identity card. This information is handled in accordance with 329’s Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity on your account is considered your own unless you immediately report unauthorized access to the 329 support team.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities
- Do not use automated software, bots, or technical methods to exploit the system
- Do not share your account with others or allow third parties to use your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform
3. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 329 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (Malaysian online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. 329 does not accept foreign currency payments directly.
Deposit
Deposits are usually credited to your account within minutes after the payment provider confirms the transaction. 329 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or external payment services.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered under the same name as your 329 account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and can be checked in your account dashboard.
329 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security or compliance reviews if suspicious account activity is detected.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Reasons for Suspension or Closure
329 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
- Detection of fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation activities
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
- User-requested account closure
- Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders
Account Balance After Closure
If an account is closed upon user request and there are no outstanding compliance issues, the valid account balance will be returned after necessary verification. For accounts closed due to term violations, 329 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 329 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 329 is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, or data loss.
Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risks and agree to bear any losses arising from their betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 329 platform including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials are the exclusive property of 329 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, alter, or exploit any platform content without written permission from 329.
Third-Party Links
The 329 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 329 does not control or endorse these sites' content or privacy practices and is not liable for any damages or losses from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites before interacting.
